bittersweet goodbyes

the vegasdrift championship winning, 2nd place XDC winning, local hero, super badass 2011 FC car is off to its new owner. meanwhile George is working on the new chassis to be used next year in 2012 Formula Drift. lets hope we can reach the same levels of awesome all over again. bye bye teal friend

part 2 of the 2011 recap

as we leave this drift season and start looking into next year and the builds to be done for XDC and FD, lets see what we did on the other side of the car scene in 2011: the daily driver and drifter.

this was a pretty big project for us, a S14 for our friend Raymond of Team Topflight.

Future Fabrication tubbed the front and built a especially tasty bash bar. we sprayed the engine bay and new tubs a medium silver and a small amount of white pearl on top.





some parts arrived from Raymond, real BNsports kit and front/rear overs. prepped,primed,and wet sanded all of that






DMAX hood.



needed some work



the car had a few dings but nothing bad




rear quarters were cut by future fab for the new SSR wheels


put metal in the front fenders to keep them from cracking (hopefully)


Raymond fit his overs and got the needed holes made



fitment was deemed correct




finally started spraying the parts. color is BMW OEM, metallic red from the M5






every part of the car has been wetsanded and buffed for extra gloss/ badassery

its been on the streets for awhile now but is still waiting on its full shoot. not many pics for now

2011 you beautiful bastard

"the year in review"

2011 has been a big year for us, we did alot and made some awesome friends

went along for the ride in XDC with the G-unit. he took home second in the series



while he was at he said "why not" and won VegasDrift too and got his Formula D license.

super proud of our friend and cant wait to be in the top tier american drifting series next year


spent the season with our friend and sponsored driver Vitaly Sopkin.

form starting off the year with a built SR

and all the way through the swap to the 2j

with XDC and local events thrown in. next year should be even more fun








Danny Le got in the mix as and competed a bit, we plan to help him next year as well as he definitely has the talent. just need to keep him from breaking throttle bodies!

2011 wasnt all work...
had tons of fun with all the friends, and got lots of help as well




(and sometimes they think we dont work enough and give us something to do)

but mostly they are cool


REALLY want to thank everyone for the amazing year and being so cool/fun. shout out to
